woahhh

Homecoming on 1st July 2006

In conjunction with our Food and Funfair on 1 July, the school will be organising the Homecoming Day for our "old girls". Rooms will be set aside for old girls to meet and catch up with one another. WAHHH.

argh I'm really very irritated.

I had to post this letter before 5pm today in order for it to reach my friend tmr on time. Cycled 3 bus-stops to the coffeeshop area near my house just to find out that the letter box there had been removed! ARGH.

So I asked one of the aunties working at the shops were the nearest postbox was and she said beauty world! So I cycled there (another 2 bus stops) but to find no letterbox in sight. So I asked another uncle who said that the postbox is at Bukit Timah Shopping Center. Cycled there again but there was no letter box!

So I asked another auntie and she said the postbox is across the road. I said 'auntie, confirm ah?' and she said 'yes, confirm!'. So I cycled across the road expecting to see a nice big postbox and there was none. ARGH.

Then I cycled ard the area looking one but I couldn't find it! :( It was getting late so I decided to try my luck again and asked another uncle who works in this bread shop. He said to go to the petrol station, which was this place so much closer to my home compared to Beauty World. I was worried that the uncle might trick me so I kept asking him if he was sure. He said if it wasn't there, I could cycle back, pass him the letter and he'd take it to the post office himself.

SO yeah I trusted him and cycled there. To find that the Esso station is under construction!! THANK GOODNESS the letter box (which was actually cordoned off) was in use.

I delivered my letter at 4.50pm.

haha cos we're having sabbaticals this whole week! haha next time i can cook curry, roti prata and gingerbread man for u all in future! =D make me feel like chang jin. haha... haha i remember the last time i had cooking sabbats (same as xy) i wanted to make something nice for u guys during farewell but it didn't happen...haha and my microwave oven nearly chowta-ed when i was experimenting with it...haha okie. nvm..it's the thought that counts!

anyway...don't be sad. life's gonna get better and jc life will get on track and you'll find fun somewhere from there la =) won't be just problems alone...

I won't be able to send the address as the last Sardar who stayed here took the house numbers with them for their new house so they would not have to change their address. Hopefully by next week we will be able to take our earlier address plate here, and that our address will remain same too. This place is really nice. It even has a washing machine, situated right above the toilet I'm not sure it works too well. Last week I put in 3 shirts, pulled the chain and haven't seen them since.

The weather here isn't too bad. It rained only twice last week. The First time it rained for 3 days and second time for 4 days.

The coat you wanted me to send you, your Aunt said it would be a little too heavy to send in the mail with all the metal buttons, so we cut them off and put them in the pocket.

Your father has another job. He has 500 men under him. He is cutting the grass at the cemetery.

By the way I took Bahu to our club's poolside. The manager is Badmash. He told her that two piece swimming suit is not allowed in his club. We were confused as to which piece should we remove?

Your sister had a baby this morning. I haven't found out whether it is a girl or a boy, so I don't know whether you are an Aunt or Uncle.

Your uncle, Jetinder fell in the nearby well. Some men tried to pull him out, but he fought them off bravely and drowned. We cremated him and he burned for three days.

Your best friend, Balwinder, is no more. He died trying to fulfil his father's last wishes. His father had wished to be buried in the sea after he died. And your friend died while in the process of digging a grave for his father.

There isn't much more news this time. Nothing much has happened.

HOW COME LAST DAY OF TERM SO FAST?!

hmmm I agree to what Jac says.. Everytime we talk abt problems and problems and problems. Can't really crap much. and i miss nanyang so much laa. =(

AND I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT TO CYCLE! AHHHHH! :D That time my class organised a night cycling trip and my parents don't allow cos its on main roads. But at night no cars what! Argh. But pulau Ubin can.

But i don't mind you guys coming to slack/sleepover. :D That'll be best man!

1st week i have extra lessons.
2nd week i have leadership camp
3rd week i'll be in malaysia climbing mountains.
4th week i think i'll have some family holiday thingy. :(

so technically speaking.. i don't have a lot of free dates. PLUS THE VERY DAY SCHOOL STARTS AFTER JUNE I HAVE MIDYEARS! :(

haiz. today's like the last day of the term liao and i had a really terrible day today.

have like a lot of things to say but just dunno where to start. i'm really missing sqms a lot. everyday is just the same old routine. lectures and tutorial. really damn sian lah. and i havent found friends who are as fun as sqms. really. in jc, everyone's really overloaded with problems. among the 2 close friends i have, all that we share about are mostly problems, i cannot really joke around liao. maybe i am just too childish. but i dun really feel happy in jc. i just wish that i can return to secondary school days and back to my comfort zone, where everyone is so friendly there.

but on the bright side, there are still many sqms around me. see them almost everyday and i tihnk that without them, my jc life will really be damn terrible lah. i feel that it is only wif sqms that i can truely crap and joke around while wif my class, i have to 'put up a front?'. haiz it's seriously damn sad. ok maybe's its not tt serious but i think everyone's really too mature for me. i'm slowly losing my crappiness. argh. and have been failing lots of tests. my homework is going downhill and seriously, jc life is taking its toll on me.

i want to return back to life in nanyang!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok sqms, dunno if u all still cum here, but we are planning to go for a cycling trip thing to pulau ubin during the hols. post the dates u all are free ok? maybe if u all dun like the idea then we can maybe go steff's house to slack or sleepover? or we can like go for a picnic or sumthing just like what zj said dunno how many months ago lah. aiyah i dunno lah. but just blog what u all prefer or sumthing.

Oh gosh I'm so tired.

Sqdms/ readers look at the time right now. Hahaha, and yes tmr is a school day. And guess what I have a chinese test tmr.

AND. I haven't had a chance to shower. hahaa.

PIs are due tmr and I completed mine not too long ago. The reason why I'm up so late cos ahah my classmates sent all their PIs to me so that i can standardize their format. hahaha. Don't mind doing it. Cos hmmm, reminds me of those days when we have to finish a proposal by this dateline and everyone's awake waiting for each group memeber to finish their part of the proposal and then combine it, edit it and sleep.

haha. i miss those times man.

Remember HC'04? It was smth like that too. ahahha. Last minute improvements on the games itself. woah. i miss those times with you sqdms. =)

today I attended the SA guitar concert. ahhaha. not too bad. 1st time I 'explored' the new SA campus. and i met my primary school friend hahha. :D

hehe i just did the quiz! yay.

anyway! today during lesson time...i don't know what triggered it off...but i started humming chori chori!! haha yeah...so funny. then i thought of our dance. wanted to dance on the spot. HAHA no that was a joke. super hilarious...all the bangles business we had that time..hand too big hand too small...and our changing parade. haha screaming up and down steff's attic stairs...and the "girls" trying to help the "guys" change. haha sqms! how much of the dance do u still rmbr! i can still do jiu shi wo chorus leh! =D

haha this blog was created on july 15th right? if i'm not wrong. it was Dance Nite for Arts Fest. then sqms were in 4/11 classroom fiddling with the comps when they decided to create a sqd blog after 3 long years since our last one and decide to use all the colour coding! haha =)

haha okay i'm wasting time here...next wk is going to be a happening week! 2 days of school for hwachong: monday and wednesday(2 tests) and school holiday on tuesday! thursday combined sports meet! =D friday vesak day...saturday touch rug competition for weili and i! =X

and wow. nearly half of our J1 life is gone leh. can u believe that?
